A
weekend spent exploring the Languedoc and its fabulous
wines. We will visit top producers from four appellations,
stroll through vineyards and learn about the terroir that
makes each wine unique. A tasting of classic Languedoc
wines will whet the appetite for a gourmet meal on Friday
night. There will also be time to visit Carcassonne with
its fortified citadel and the bustling Sunday morning

A week of wine tasting,
gastronomy and discovery. Explore the diversity of
Languedoc wine, from the sparkling wines of Limoux to
brooding, spicy reds from the Corbières and the Coteaux du
Languedoc. Drink whistle-clean Picpoul de Pinet with
oysters from the Etang de Thau, walk round the stunning
fortified city of Carcassonne and visit top Languedoc
producers, including Mas de Daumas Gassac.

For weekend and six day tours, accommodation will be in
small hotels or top quality bed and breakfasts which will
